BTW, please note and observe the request that you set the UI to English before the run that generates the debug info. Do not re-run (or edit) the profile again afterwards (before generating the Support Zip) or you will wipe/replace the debug logs. If it is still running (slowly) after some time, you can Stop the profile and generate the Support Zip then: it is likely the debug logs will already have logged whatever the issues are.
