SyncBackPro and SyncBackSE are different products and install (and should be installed) in parallel. Do not install the two different versions to the same folder (just accept the default folders for an easy life).
Do not uninstall SyncBackSE first, or you will defeat the auto-profile import feature (also available manually from any 'lower' to any higher' installed versions)
Note: any auto-profile import will not include the Schedules (to avoid double-triggering). If you want to switch Scheduled profiles over, you need to delete the Schedules from SE and re-create them from Pro. If you omit the former, but perform the latter, they will all run, causing conflicts and confusion. You can uninstall SyncBackSE after configuring SyncBackPro at your option, but if you do not, you should take steps to disable any automated activity in SE (e.g. Schedules, also Start With Windows, etc) if you no longer require it.
