Hi,
I am aware that "file name" could contain more than 1 dot, to me that means multiple extensions.
When I say I want to exclude file without extension, it is quite straight forward and I don't see how can it be related to multiple dots case.
To me, a file without extension simply means its "file name" is <filename>.<extension> where <extension> is absent. i.e. there is only one occurrence of dot which is the rightmost char of "file name".
I expect SBSE to exclude files without extension when I enter something like "*\*." in the filter exclusion list. But that won't work. I test it by pressing the [Re-apply filter] button and notice that a file with filename like 759394. is still checked. (not excluded)
