You can copy the Created date on first-copy. If you created your backup already, you will need to delete it and set the option
Modify > Expert > Copy/Delete > Folders > option #2
and re-run the backup (as stated). Changes on Source thereafter are not updated to the Destination.
If you mean LastModified, no, that's not supported. Windows (etc) controls/modifies it anyway.
