Anyhow, not currently supported (which is different from 'bug'). We use MD5 (if supported) for Resuming, but not for hash-comparison or Verify (both use XCRC).
Not likely to be added soon (maybe for forthcoming V7 but no promises), sorry. It's not as simple as adding a few lines of code or clicking a switch, as some of our functionality optionally relies on stored hash values (CRC), and switching hash-method would break it for some existing users (and/or, would need to jump thru some hoops to be backwards-compatible, etc)
