Hi

You can back up multiple paths, yes, by specifying as your Source 'one level higher' than the multiple paths. But not multiple drives (the Pro version can do so by using scripting* to select from AllDrives but not the SE version). The highest level you can specify in SE is a single drive-letter.

In either case, you would specify a 'higher' level than the split paths you want, and then use the Choose... dialog on the Simple settings page to select the parts you want and/or de-select the parts you don't.

* the AllDrives script will insert a drive-specifer folder in the paths, e.g.

\C\Documents\...
\D\Videos\

(and so on) so that the profile can work out which drive they came from should you want to Restore them. You thus cannot use it to 'merge' data from different drives to a common Destination. (We can't actually stop you doing that using multiple profiles, but bear in mind that any such profile would likely - if set to Restore from a 'joint' location - copy back stuff it hadn't backed up itself to a location some of the files did not come from in the first place)
