Losing Profiles when PC restarts - Windows 7 domain PC

Hi,

I've installed SyncBackFree V6 for one of our staff members and every time he restarts the PC all his SyncBack profiles disappear.

The PC is on a network and is Windows 7. Please not it used to work on Windows XP.

The below is what i've tried:

I've elevated his user account to have admin privileges (computer management>users>Administrator).
I've also tried running the application in XP compatibility mode.
I've tried numerous settings within SyncBack but to no avail.

Is anyone else suffering this same problem?
Does anyone have any ideas of how to resolve this?
