Backing Up Microsoft Access Back End

I need to include a program folder in my nightly backup that includes multiple Access databases. Typically many of the Access files are excluded from the nightly backup, a problem I attribute to the fact that the users NEVER close the application's front end.

Is SyncBackSE the right tool for backing up Access databases? If so, is there something special I need to do to configure the backup so I get a full backup of all files in this program folder, whether they're opened or not?
