I'm having this issue as well (and have for awhile), it only occurs on one machine (the domain controller, running 2008 R2) and it seems very random.
I have a number of different group profiles and it will, randomly, quick a few out of the group (not the same ones each time either).
I've done:
1. A clean reinstall (re-setup all the profiles).
2. Upgraded SyncBack.
3. Re-setup profiles (without the reinstall)
4. Moved the storage directory to another directory (D:\Private\Syncback)
None of this has helped.
Currently it's SyncBackSE 6.3.13.0
I haven't had this problem on any other machine that runs SyncBack. I've read this thread about .ini corruption and I don't think that's it as I've re-created it (clean reinstall).
(I know there's a newer version - I'll try it soon)
