You can set an edited set of Filters as default if you want (so that all new profiles created thereafter start off with that set). You can do this via the top dropdown/rollout section ('Click here to see more options') in the Filter dialog itself
Otherwise, not supported. They're inter-linked with folder/file de/selections (where the latter can obviously vary with the actual file set in question) so can't be shared or central. Notice how setting the Filters always opens the de/selection ('Choose...') dialog? That's why.
There are various threads on here with more detail about that inter-action if you want it.
