Depends what you mean by 'incremental'. If you mean 'only copy the files that are (now) different (or new)', then yes. If you mean Incremental (I tend to use capital I for that), whereby each run copies to a different (usually, cycling*) Destination in turn from the last

For your 2nd question, I can't see why not, provided you haven't Zipped the files on B when copying. Note that USB <> USB copying will likely be s-l-o-w because the USB infrastructure likely can't support a continuous flow of data like it could from (say) internal-HDD <> USB, or USB <> Network. It will have to read (and buffer) from A, then stop reading and write the buffer contents to B (and so on). You get the same issue if trying to copy between two network devices, and so on.
