I was just checking, but when I go to Decisions-Files, I only see "what to do if the same file has been changed on 'source' and 'target'".
What is not clear to me is whether a change means that the same file exists on both folders.
What if the file actually exists on both sides but has not changed? Or what if it has changed only on one of the folders/sides?
As for the rest of the options "what to do if a file exists on source but not on target" and the opposite, they are clear to me.
