Access Denied

I have read all the topics regarding Access Denied but I cannot fathom out how to overcome my problem. Syncback Free backup has worked perfectly for months until today when the backup failed due to Access denied. Since the previous backup I have done two word documents and 4 jpeg ones and edited a couple of MS Publisher docs. I cannot find which of these documents is causing a problem so I can eliminate it. The Log File does not seem to help me - not very computer literate I'm afraid. Please can anyone help me in fairly basic terms. Thanks
