I followed your instructions, and I was able to get my first backup done successfully. I also tried an incremental backup after I changed my Outlook.pst file, and that seemed to work as well.
I have two follow-up questions:
1. I would like to download as much relevant documentation (SyncBackFree) as I can, so that I can do more to help myself (outside this Forum). However, I've had limited success on such downloads. In some cases, there is a link to a PDF, but no option available to "Save Target as..." And when I open the file online in Adobe Reader, there is no Save option. Trying to print from the screen doesn't work well either. Is all this intentional, and a designed limitation of the Free version?
2. The next improvement I'd like to make in my Profile would be to set it up to do an incremental backup, and then shut down my system for the night. Is this functionality available? And if not, is it available in the SE version?
