Hi, Dave's taking a much needed vacation, so I'll jump in to answer your questions:
1) SyncBackFree has an extensive help file. When SyncBackFree is running simply press F1 at any time to get context sensitive help. In regards to PDF's, we don't stop people saving them. It's simply your web browser doing that. If you open it then I think there should be a save button in the PDF window to save it to a file.
2) SyncBackFree can't do incremental backups to different folders. When SyncBackFree does a backup it will only backup new and changed files but they will go to the same folder, not a different one. If you want to backup new and changed files to a different folder then you'll need to use the Fast Backup feature in SyncBackSE.
