Hi, to avoid the forum being full of spam all first posts must be manually approved before they appear on the forum.
If it's run from a schedule then there is no way to prompt you (as it runs in a different Windows session and so there's no way to interact with the logged on user). Having said that, if the profile is set to run only when you're logged in then it can prompt you as it then runs in the same Windows session.
If you've set it to run periodically, and not via the schedule, then it should prompt you if the media isn't ready unless you told it to run unattended (see When->Periodically settings page).
For the schedule setting: select your profile, click the Schedule button, click Edit Schedule, and at the bottom of the (Schedule) window that appears go to the Misc. tab. You'll see the setting on there (it is available on SyncBackFree).
