This is a SmartSync profile (with mostly default settings) that was imported from another account. Let us call the other account "G" and this account "B" (for good and bad). Both accounts are limited users in the same computer (MS Surface Pro). The only difference between the "G" account and the "B" account is that the "B" account uses EFS (encrypted file system).
In account "G", the profile maxes out at 600KBps and it sends more data than it receives. In account "B", the profile does not pass 8KBps and it sends as much data as it receives. In both cases, the target machine is in a drive hosted in another machine running Windows 7 Ultimate but the target directories are not encrypted.
(1) Can someone confirm this behavior?
(2) Is there a workaround?
