Newbie: How to restore single File with versioning

Hi Folks,
I´m new on SyncBackSE and did the following

- new Profile to backup d:/www to h:/www (only 1-way source to destination)
- versioning for 5 versions for max 90 days

for proposal i changed one single file and made a new run. Exact, a Folder $SBV$ appears with the original file.

I actually now don´t understand how to restore exact this file. I followed the steps in the help/how to section, but I really don´t come to a result.

Please help.
