The part about 'only if logged on' is not part of the profile, but part of the Scheduled Task SBFree helps you create. This is actually a Windows object, not part of SBFree (think of it as a kind of symbiotic relationship: the dialogs you use are a kind of porthole into the Windows Task Scheduler).
It basically means it (the Task) won't run (trigger SBFree/the profile) at all if you're not logged on.
But I'm not sure why you want to prevent it running if not logged on? That would mean you are logged off (QED) and thus Outlook cannot be open (to lock its files), so the profile should just back up the Outlook files anyway...
