Thank you Dave. That was VERY clear and helped me understand the Windows Task Scheduler better as well as SyncBackFree. Very helpful.
I tried it without checking "Only if user is logged on" and it kept failing because the auto-close feature set in the Profile failed to close Outlook. So, I consulted the help file.
In the SyncBackFree Help file under "Expert Mode: Auto-Close Settings" (At the bottom of the screen) I read:
"Due to security changes introduced with Windows Vista, auto-close will not work with scheduled profiles (unless they are set to run only if the user is logged on)."
Am I understanding and applying this correctly?
