I am running into a problem with the latest version of SyncBackPro (V6.5.4.0). This problem did not exist in the prior iterations of V6. Specifically, I seem to be unable to "pause" profiles that are in progress. In addition, the icon in the "notification area" of Windows Vista (64-bit) is no longer animated when a profile is running. When I am aware that a profile is running, I can double-click this icon and pull up the SyncBackPro window, and I can see there that a profile is running by virtue of a blank cell in the "Results" column, but there is no "button" in the "Pause" column to pause the profile.
I have tried windows task manager, and SyncBackPro is not shown in the "Applications" tab even though I can see the program running in the "Processes" tab.
Can someone kindly advise me about how to regain the capacity to pause, resume, and stop profiles that currently are running, as well as regain the previously animated icon in the notification area? Any direction or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Best,
Goffman
