If you entered them in the profile, then yes, they are stored (that's the point of entering them). If you don't want that, delete them from the profile and use the Prompt option (obviously that won't work if run on a Schedule, etc)
Stored passwords are stored in profiles 'hashed', but it's not 'strong'. However, you should bear in mind that profiles are (by default) stored as part of 'your' files, and it needs your Windows password (or, total admin rights) on that PC to access either your profiles or their component INI (etc) files anyway. And if someone has those privileges, they can probably access the original files anyway...
