Dear All,
Good Day.
I am facing a problem with Syncbackpro. I created a job that runs via a scheduled profile on a daily basis @11:00 AM. This job takes a copy from a mapped drive Z: \\172.17.99.107\needed_files\ (it is located on a windows server 2008 R2) to a folder that is placed locally on the machines that I am working on (which is also a windows server 2008 R2).
What is happening is that I am facing failure in copying files if the jobs runs based on the schedule assigned to it. The result that I am getting is NETWORK FAILURE and when I open the log file it is showing the following message:
Critical Error: Cannot connect to Source : Access to the network resource was denied.
The weird thing is that when I press RUN the profile, it works normally without any issue and copies all the needed file but unfortunately when it launches on the time scheduled and assigned to it, it is showing me the aforementioned error.
Kindly note that I granted full access and permissions on the mapped folder and I am connecting via Administrator user.
Your swift support is appreciated and thanks in advance.
