System tray missing upon program start @ logon

Hi,

Ever since upgrading to the most recent version, 6.5.4.0, the system tray is missing when I logon, however the .exe is listed in task manager.

So every time I logon I have to kill the process & start it again to get a tray icon.

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
