Note the restricted properties on the NAS (6 - compared to 16 properties on the real NTFS drive) - so that drive is pseudo-NTFS, not 'full-fat'. It's also possible for firmware to have issues with something the disk format supports OK.
But if it works OK using Explorer, try changing the Copying Method (Copy/Delete settings page). This assumes you're not actually trying to do this via FTP, which is a whole other ball-game
