folder reappearing on desktop

Hello, i've got question if anyone ever come across a similar problem. Backup working perfect, but when I rename folder, or delete it, the same folder appears on the desktop. When i delete this folder from desktop after restart or log off the folder is back on desktop?

i know that the problem is in the syncback, because if i go to backup destination and move folder to other location that folder no longer reappears on desktop.

any help pls?
