Recently, I found out, that the backup actually does not perform as it should.
I set up an weekly incremental backup using variables as described above.
BUT - it does not seem to perform a full rescan. So after a while, the folder for full backups (1) stays empty!
Despite, it seems that SyncBackPro keeps track of the changes: changed files are copied correctly to the dayofweek-folders in the backup location.
Has anybody made similar experiences or an idea how to fix that? I appreciate your help!
My configuration:
In the settings I selected perform a full re-scan when %dayofweek% equals 1.
Also selected "delete all the files and folders on Backup if its not a re-scan".
Might there be a conflict with versioning? I configured it to keep 1 version on the destination for 7 days.
On decicions (for files only on Destination), selecting "delete file after x days" or "do nothing, skip the file", seems not to affect the problem.
