Amazon S3 failing on "large" files

I am a long time user of SE finally stepping up to Pro for access to S3.

My backups to S3 are running. I am consistently getting failures for 3 files (which all happen to be over 100 MB). The rest of the file are uploading fine.

Here is a copy from the SBPro log(scrubbed for personal info like filename and authorizations).

The failure occurs after all of the data is appeared to be uploaded.

Ideas? Suggestions?
