Hi, no those aren't the correct settings. For example, Sunday = 7, not 6 (as per the Help on Variables)
If you want to back up 'only the changes' (and you don't want seven full copy sets of files), do not choose a setting that clearly says 'each Destination will have a full backup'...
If you want the various locations to only contain the most-recent changes, you need to enable the setting to Delete all the files & folders...' (that is, their expired/outdated/last-weeks contents) before proceeding. Otherwise you'll get a build-up of old files that may never end unless they happen to get overwritten at some point.
Yes, you can (and must) use Variables to 'rotate' where the various backups are stored - see the examples in the Help > >
You haven't actually stated whether you want Differential or Incremental backups, but there are examples of both in the Help on Fast Backup (scroll to the end) which are handily based on weekly intervals - you would only need to change the day of Full backup from 1 to 7 and the same for the trailing subfolder in the Full backup location
Bandwidth (how fast it communicates) has a setting to that effect on Cloud > Advanced. If you mean 'total bytes transmitted/stored' (how many, not how fast), then you need to configure a profile that will transmit (and store) the least amount of bytes, which is likely to be an Incremental backup.
