No idea (maybe just one-time 'mice in the works'), and 'that ship has sailed now'. If it repeats and you can replicate it, you may want to set Output Debug Info, run it again, then view the debug log. Note that debug logging is at the profile-level only (there's no Group logging of any kind)
Not sure why you're creating a 'Group of one' (that's a bit unusual, although obviously not actually illegal, and a quick test here doesn't produce any errors if I do likewise). But it may be you plan to add other profiles later. If not, you might want to consider dropping the Group, and setting the profile to run Periodically directly from the profile's own internal options.
