Hello,
Is it safe to multi-task while a backup job is running?
Should there be no problems when running, during backups, relatively simple processes like:
- Listening to music with Windows Media Player.
- Editing a text file.
- Taking screenshots.
Or less simple ones like:
- Surfing the web.
- Reading and writing e-mails.
Probably I wouldn't run any heavy tasks.
Are there tasks which I should I avoid?
My concern is that SyncBack would get disturbed by other tasks, and files which are being backed up would get corrupted, or the program would have other malfunctions. Probably this should not happen, since Windows is a multi-tasking environment.
I'm using Windows 8 Pro 64bit, with the latest version of SyncBackSE.
Thanks.
