At a guess, you're trying to run on a Schedule? Mapped drive letters aren't re-created (by Windows) on a Schedule, only when you log on via the keyboard (if set to do so) - see here (bullet-2 onward).
Depending how you trigger the mapping, it may be able to do so (if it can be done via command-line, for example) using Programs - Before (and > After to unmount it would probably be wise)
