Note that we don't accept Support Zips for the freeware except by invitation via the ticket system. Also, posting them here is risky, as they may contain passwords, other credentials, etc, which everyone can read. I'm thus going to delete it from the post.
Re your actual issue, if there's no error during the test process, the server has accepted it (at least, it hasn't said otherwise). Which means it is discarding it, filing it somewhere you haven't looked, broken, whatever. Nothing we can do if the server ostensibly accepts it.
However, you may want to check if all the entries that should contain addresses actually do contain them (valid ones)...servers (also, AV software) often reject or discard mail that isn't from 'approved' or 'valid' addresses (or formats)
