As you've given no clues what the profiles are actually doing/using, hard to say (and no, we can't offer an blow-by-blow analysis service, sorry)
There's no easy answer except maybe steer clear of processor- or resource-hungry activities (for example, downloading big files while trying to back up to FTP at the same time). Optical burning (manual) is one thing to probably steer clear of, as that generally stresses your PC quite heavily.
But we wouldn't expect you to have any particular problems with any of the activities you listed, except maybe anything web-related that involved heavy network traffic (streaming, downloading large files or attachments, etc) at the same time as SE is using the same connection.
Generally common-sense applies. And/or, using the options to Schedule (etc) your profiles, so they don't clash with your own activity anyway
