Mirror folder olnly copying files 10 days old

How can I mirror 2 folders. The one on the left constantly has new pictures added. the one on the right, as an example, needs only the files from the last 10 days. This can be achieved with ignoring the files, I got that far, but how can the files on the destination that are older than 10 days also be deleted?

In other words, folder on the right only will contain files newer than 10 days.
