No, no versioning whatever, either on Destination or on Source.
I can't find any "option on Copy/Delete > Advanced to delete all empty folders on [side]".
The only Delete one I see talks about "Delete ALL the files and folders in Destination before scanning for changes", which looks like something to avoid!
Just looking again: Copy/Delete > Folders has the option "Delete empty folders on destination", but this is not currently checked. Would it make any difference if I checked this, do you think?
I don't suppose it's relevant, but I am using your "magic variable" method of queueing four groups to run a single profile once for each PC name's D:\ drive...
(I'll comment on the bug where I get four identical logs relating to the most-recently-run PC at a later stage.)
