Hi, as a proof of concept, it works for me against our 365-hosted Exchange server using

Host: outlook.office365.com
To/From: set as valid account holders in 365
Must Log In enabled with credentials of a valid account holder in 365

Port: 587
Using STARTTLS

It also worked with

Port: 25
Using STARTTLS

It does not work with port 465 using Direct SSL/TLS (I get a Connection Refused socket error)
