You can suppress the Differences window individually (per-profile)
If you do so, and select Run Interactively in OnChange, it will not show the Differences window, but will display individual Collision dialogs to prompt you for any files that collide, etc
Note that suppressing the Differences window for a profile will also suppress it by default for a manual run (not just Unattended), but you can hold down Ctrl when clicking Run (etc) to force it to display if you want it to do so on a one-off basis.
