Set Output Debug Info (Preferences menu, main UI) and let it run till it exhibits that behavior, and then generate a Support Zip immediately (before it can run again / do not edit it either) and forward that to the Support Area, and we'll take a look. Add a note that it is a referral to this forum post (include URL if you like) but please do add a brief note stating 'sending logs when no errors and set not to' or similar.
