I searched everywhere and couldn't find it to enable it and the links I found kept referring to File History. Windows 8 has given my a headache!
Anyway, I have now found it (feeling very noob![:)]( "Smile")

It was stopped. I should then set it to start "Automatic", right? Any other particular setting required?
