No idea, but you could try adding the -hibernate switch to the command-line of the Scheduled Task - see
Help > Search > 'command-line' (without the quotes) > top hit
for syntax guidance, That should add an extra vote to the side you want to win Image may be NSFW.

Note that you need to do this via the Windows Task Scheduler direct, though in your case you'd likely want to use -hibernate instead (not -shutdown)
