Issue with USB Insert and HWSERIAL

I'm trying to set up a mirror profile on the insertion of a usb stick on Windows 7 Pro 64bit and SyncBackPro 6.5.15.0, and I can't get it to work with HWSERIAL. I suspect it's a syntax issue but it keeps telling me it can't find the HW Serial I provide. This is what I got when identifying the drive on my linux laptop:

me@mine ~ $ cat /proc/scsi/usb-storage/10
Host scsi10: usb-storage
Vendor: Kingston
Product: DT 101 G2
Serial Number: 001CC0EC3529FBB1870C24ED
Protocol: Transparent SCSI
Transport: Bulk
Quirks: SANE_SENSE

(Is there a way within SyncBackPro to get the HW Serial, to make sure what linux is showing me is actually the right ID?)

I'm not sure how to setup the profile itself. Under Source: I entered

%HWSERIAL=001CC0EC3529FBB1870C24ED%\

and under When\Insert I have

a disk with hardware serial number: 001CC0EC3529FBB1870C24ED

If I change the profile to volume serial and use the volume ID instead, it works with no issues, but when I use Hardware ID it can't find it. For now I'm using volume serial but would really prefer hardware if I could get it to work.

Also, a secondary question.. is there some easy way (perhaps a shortcut button) to *rerun* the mirror, for example after moving directories around on the stick, to avoid having to remove and reinsert the stick to get it to mirror again?
