Select the files in question (all of them, if applicable), and then right-click selection > Use Details From Source
This should copy all the Source files' properties (date/time, etc) to the files on Destination - but without copying the files' contents again. It will still take a little time, but should be much quicker.
Obviously you can only do this for files that exist on both sides (so if that option is not visible on the context menu, it generally means you accidentally selected a row with a file on one side only).
Naturally, you do this at your own risk. It is up to you to be sure the files really are the same - just different dates - or live with the consequences. If some files have changed, you'll need to do some cherry-picking...
