Have you tried specifically switching just the Destination of that specific profile to another drive (not an SD card) to see if it then works?
If it does, then it looks like maybe a glitch related to SD cards of that size, but possibly also to the number of files on it, folder structure (or not), etc (thus, making it difficult to accurately test...). It may be something in the APIs we call (different APIs to v3 freeware, maybe) that don't like very large SD cards. Note there is no low-level code in any version of SB (we just pass the drive-letters\paths and name to the APIs)
If you still have the issue, we'd need to see a Support Zip with debug-out of a new run of the problem profile (reset to the SD card as Destination) via the ticket system (do not post here!) which we hereby invite you to use (other freeware users/readers, please note, do not use/send unless invited, thanks)
