Profile Setup - deploy to remote SB Pro

Hi wonder if you can help, I have read all instructions but I must be missing something, Currently have a trial SBM Console (and service) running happily and I have a test profile that I have "Upload profile to SBM service" but I cant seem to figure out how I can centrally manage, update this profile and re-deploy?

Also wanted to know what the process was to build and deploy a new profile in SBM to release back to end SB Pro clients.

Any help greatly appreciated.
