You could maybe check the Log settings page and see if there are any categories of log entry you could do without (for example, the 'reasons for ignored (etc)' setting will often hugely increase the log size - because it includes an entry for all 'same both sides' files...). You might also ponder if you really need entries for successfully-processed files (if there are a lot), and only need summary page and any errors. Note that you cannot suppress logging of any errors (except the one type shown, and in any case that turns into a Warning, which means another always-included page anyway)

It may be that you can reduce the log size to 'all you need to see' sufficiently to permit mailing uncompressed. But do bear in mind those settings affect what is stored in the local log as well. The only way to store all locally and slim down what is sent by mail is to drop attaching the log altogether and use a custom body text with captions and Variables for values. You cannot include folder\file-level references of any kind in a custom body text, only counts, or any profile-level Critical Error (e.g. 'drive X does not exist')
