Schedule profile-1 Weekly, starting (say) Sun 10th, check all the days, and set it to run every 2 weeks
Schedule profile-2 Weekly, starting (say) Sun 17th, check all the days, and set it to run every 2 weeks
You need to start on a Sunday because according to MS, so does a week (trying to start in midweek and span a weekend would be horribly complex to visualize/keep track of, and you're on your own if you try - suggest just back up manually till Saturday, then switch drives ready for the above).
Note that these settings are all as per Windows Task Scheduler (there is no scheduler in SB itself - we use a drill-down to the Windows Task Scheduler service). If there's an option you would like that isn't there, suggest write to MS![Smile :)]()
(BTW, the above assumes you are running Vista/7/8 or server equivalents - the Scheduler in XP/2003 is different. It has similar options to the above, but for some reason, the week starts on a Monday - go figure...)
