Hi, I have enjoyed SyncBack Free v3.2.26.0 for a long time now, not upgrading because it has always worked perfectly. But today I noticed that a daily scheduled backup failed yesterday, and again this morning, with this:
"1","Critical Error","Failed to prepare destination: The drive P: does not exist!"
Indeed the USB stick P:(atriot) drive had gone missing from Windows, and Syncback failed but didn't stay open warning me of the failure like it has for other errors. Fixing the problem was as simple as un-plugging and re-plugging the USB stick.
Would the newest SyncBackFree v6.5.22.0 alert me to the drive failure? Or would I need to upgrade to Pro?
I've never had to consider upgrading before, and my motto is "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!"
