Sorry. I forgot to ask. Is there a way to not copy folders over that do not contain the specified file type? At the moment syncback is copying all folders, which leaves empty folders on the ftp.

I've chosen the option to delete empty folders on the ftp but wondered if there was a way to get it not to copy in the first place?
