Note that the FolderName part will be static, but appending a date to the end as above means it will be unique (assuming you only run the profile once per day). The underscore separator I used is optional (and/or, you can use any 'legal' character). The DATE format used is as per your Short Date setting in Windows, with any illegal characters (e.g. forward slashes) replaced by dashes.
Bear in mind that each such unique folder will of course be empty, so SyncBackFree will generally want to copy all Source files to it. There is no way in the Free version to only back up changes since last run except by leveraging the archive bit (the commercial versions have another method, but not the Free version).
Check out Help > Search > 'variables' (without the quotes) > top hit for a full list of Variables available in the commercial versions. As per the notes at the end of that section, most are unavailable in the free version - but %DATE% is, if you can make use of it
